Your Mission: Lead, Innovate, Deliver

As a Senior Toxicologist/Ecotoxicologist, you’ll be a trusted expert, helping clients achieve regulatory excellence and advance safety in different sectors. You will:

• Provide Expert Guidance: Offer scientific and regulatory solutions to ensure compliance and product safety.
• Shape Risk Assessment Strategies: Identify (eco)toxicological data gaps and craft strategies to address them.
• Deliver Impactful Results: Prepare and submit regulatory-compliant safety dossiers tailored to EU standards.
• Inspire and Mentor: Guide junior team members, nurturing their growth and technical expertise.
• Drive Innovation: Explore and implement next-generation risk assessment methodologies to expand our service offerings.

Your Profile: The Expert We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an ambitious, self-driven individual ready to thrive in a dynamic consultancy environment. Here’s what you bring:

• Academic Excellence: A PhD or Master’s degree in (eco)toxicology, biology, environmental chemistry, computational toxicology, or pharmacology.
• Expertise in Action: A minimum of 10 years’ experience in toxicology, risk assessment, or related fields within the chemical, pharmaceutical, or consumer product sectors. (ERT/DABT certifications? A big plus!)
• Regulatory Mastery: Proven experience preparing and submitting safety documentation under EU regulations (e.g., REACH, Biocidal Products Regulation, Cosmetic Products Regulation).
• Leadership and Collaboration: Strong project management skills paired with the ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
• Passion for Innovation: Hands-on experience with exposure modeling tools (e.g., QSAR, PBK) and an eagerness to embrace new approaches in risk assessment.
• Communication Excellence: Fluent in English with a proven ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
