We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our dynamic team and lead high-impact projects. You’ll manage regulatory initiatives, mentor junior team members, and deliver solutions that meet our clients’ evolving safety and compliance needs.
Your Mission: Lead, Manage, Deliver
As a Senior Manager, you’ll play a critical role in our team by:
- Leading Regulatory Projects: Manage and contribute to projects across chemicals, biocides, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals to ensure product safety and regulatory compliance.
- Delivering Excellence: Oversee the preparation of high-quality safety documentation for client use and regulatory submissions.
- Shaping Teams: Mentor and develop junior team members, focusing on enhancing their technical expertise through hands-on guidance.
- Driving Innovation: Identify emerging client needs and help expand service offerings to align with new regulatory and market trends.
- Contributing to Growth: Collaborate with the business development team to strengthen client relationships and identify new opportunities.

Your Profile: The Leader We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic consultancy environment. Here’s what you bring:
- Academic Expertise: A university degree (PhD preferred) in (eco)toxicology, biology, environmental chemistry, computational toxicology, or pharmacology. Certification in (eco)toxicology is a strong plus.
- Proven Experience: At least 10 years in toxicology, risk assessment, or regulatory compliance within the chemical, consumer product, or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Regulatory Mastery: In-depth knowledge of EU regulations such as REACH, BPR, and CLP, with experience in preparing and submitting safety documentation under these frameworks.
- Scientific Insight: Familiarity with exposure and computational modeling tools, with PBK modeling experience as a plus.
- Study Management: Expertise in managing and interpreting (eco)toxicological and environmental fate studies.
- Leadership and Creativity: Strong interpersonal, project management, and multitasking skills with a solution-oriented and business-focused mindset.
- Communication Excellence: Fluent written and verbal English skills with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
