Mr. Sabyasachi Chakraborty

Mr. Sabyasachi Chakraborty is a Senior Consultant at ToxMinds BVBA with more than 14 years of research and consulting experience in the human health hazard and risk assessment of chemical substances. He is experienced in the hazard assessment of chemical ingredients used in consumer products, including cosmetics and other personal care products.

He has extensive experience in developing safety assessments of chemicals under the REACH regulation. Sabya is also involved in the development of chemical exposure and risk assessment outputs as required under the REACH, BPR or Agrochemicals Regulations for human and environmental health using prediction and modelling tools. Over the last couple of years, he has also gathered experience in working on inactive ingredients and impurity-related toxicological assessments for pharmaceutical products. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Toxicology (DABT) with a M. Pharm. in Pharmacology from the Manipal Academy of Higher Education, India.
