She supports various projects involving comprehensive literature searches, data gap analysis, reliability scoring, data compilation, and the preparation of robust study summaries using IUCLID for REACH and Biocides.
Prior to joining ToxMinds, she worked for approximately four years at Clinchoice Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru, where she gained experience in preparing toxicological profiles of ingredients covering systemic and local toxicity endpoints. She also contributed to drafting regulatory documents, including CTD modules 2 (sections 2.4 and 2.6) and 4 (sections 4.1 and 4.2). Her work further included developing hazard summaries and impurity assessments, deriving PDE/OEL values through literature evaluation, and compiling CIR data on cosmetic ingredient concentrations in leave-on and rinse-off formulations. She is familiar with cosmetic regulations across multiple jurisdictions (EU, USA, China, ASEAN) and has also worked on regulatory requirements for active substances.
Harshitha holds an M. Pharm in Pharmacology and Toxicology from Dayananda Sagar University, Bengaluru, India.
